We ship worldwide through standard Post Norway mail service.

Ordinary Service in Europe takes approx. 4-7 working days. 

Ordinary Service outside Europe takes approx. 5-10 business days.

Once an item leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping service.  We are not responsible for custom fees, lost packages, items held in customs, locating a lost item, etc.

Cream Collected is not responsible for goods damaged during transport. We always pack the goods with great care, so that the risk of shipping damage is minimized.
